Returns Policy

At Eleganzon, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return your order within 5 business days of receipt. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition and unused, with all tags still attached. Damaged or used items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately so that we can find a suitable solution. Returns of damaged items without prior consultation with our customer service will not be refunded.
